Recent CMS guideline changes have opened the door for the implementation of enhanced documentation capabilities for medical students across the United States. These process flowsheets were developed to conceptualize and communicate the process of integration of medical student documentation at a large, county hospital network (John Peter Smith) in Fort Worth, TX.
