Post-Workshop Survey: Game-Based Jargon Reduction

An original survey evaluating jargon avoidance and experience with a game designed to enhance patient-centered communication and reduce jargon usage. This includes questions using the 5-point Likert scale regarding proficiency in jargon avoidance, likelihood of playing again, and likelihood of recommendation to others. There are additional questions allowing for free-text responses regarding gameplay and other opportunities for comments.
